Delete your data

Zelrin AI is operated by Zelrin Corp LLP, Kota, Rajasthan, India, an entity associated with JAM Advertising & Tourism (operator of OG AI Lab). Two separate things, and you control both. You can cut off our access yourself, immediately, without contacting us. Deleting the data we already hold takes one email.

Step 1 — cut off access yourself. Takes a minute, and you do not need to ask us.

Meta — Business Settings → Partners → select Zelrin → Remove. Or remove Zelrin’s partner access on the ad account itself.
Google Ads — Admin → Access and security → Managers → remove the Zelrin manager account.
Analytics / Search Console — remove the Zelrin viewer from the property’s user list.

Step 2 — have the stored data deleted

Email jishan14.ja@gmail.com from the address on your Zelrin account with the subject Delete my data. You do not need to give a reason.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30, then confirm again once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email, profile picture, login sessions and sign-in history.
Everything from onboarding: business details, advertising account identifiers, contact details, notes.
All scan results and generated reports, including historical snapshots.
Any chat history from the in-product assistant.

What we may have to keep

Invoices and tax records, where Indian law requires us to retain them. These contain your billing details and amounts — not your advertising data. Nothing retained is used for any other purpose.

What we never held in the first place

Your passwords, your payment card details, and the personal data of your customers. Deleting your Zelrin account has no effect on your own Google or Meta accounts or the data inside them, which remain entirely yours.
