Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Zelrin AI, operated by Zelrin Corp LLP, Kota, Rajasthan, India, an entity associated with JAM Advertising & Tourism, the founder’s marketing and tourism business. Using the service means you accept them.

The two promises that matter. Zelrin is read-only until you approve a change — it will not alter an advertising account on its own. And access is yours to revoke, from inside your own Google or Meta account, without notice to us and without penalty.

1. What the service does

Zelrin reads the advertising accounts, website and public competitor pages you connect, and reports where money is being wasted, with the amount at stake and a recommended fix. Depending on your plan it also monitors continuously, tracks how AI assistants answer buying questions in your category, and forecasts demand.

2. What it will not do

It will not change an advertising account without your explicit approval of that specific change.
It will not ask for your passwords. Access is granted through the platforms’ own permission systems.
It will not share your data with other clients or sell it. See the privacy policy.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorised to grant access to the accounts you connect.
You keep your own login secure and tell us promptly if you suspect it has been misused.
You remain responsible for your advertising: your budgets, your creative, and compliance with each platform’s policies.

4. Findings are estimates, not guarantees

Zelrin quantifies findings in money to make them comparable and actionable. Those figures are estimates derived from platform-reported data — they are not a promise of savings or revenue. Advertising results depend on your market, your offer, your competitors and platform behaviour, none of which we control. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Platform data itself can be delayed, restated or incomplete; conversions in particular can lag by up to 72 hours. Where a figure is an estimate, the product says so.

5. Payment

The leak audit is free and you keep the findings either way. Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page, in advance, by invoice. Indian prices are exclusive of GST, charged at the prevailing rate with a tax invoice. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in; cancel with one message and you will not be billed again. We do not pro-rate part-months already begun.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scans depend on third-party APIs (Google, Meta) which can rate-limit, change or fail. Where a scan cannot complete, the dashboard says so rather than showing stale figures as if they were current.

7. Ending it

You can stop at any time: revoke our access in your own accounts, and tell us to close the account. We can end the agreement if you do not pay, or if using your accounts would breach a platform’s policies or the law. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising performance or indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
