Zelrin AI is operated by Zelrin Corp LLP, Kota, Rajasthan, India, an entity associated with JAM Advertising & Tourism, the founder’s marketing and tourism business. This page explains what we collect, why, where it lives and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. We read your advertising and website data so we can tell you where your budget is leaking. We do not sell it, we do not pool it with other advertisers' data to build products, and we do not post, publish or change anything in your accounts. You grant access yourself and can revoke it yourself, at any time, without asking us.

1. What we collect

Data	Why we have it
Name, email, profile picture	From Google Sign-In or an emailed one-time code, so you can log in. We never receive or store a password.
Business details	Business name, website, what you sell, city or service area, average customer value, goal, competitors — supplied by you in onboarding so the audit reflects your market.
Advertising account identifiers	Google Ads customer ID, Meta ad account ID, GA4 property ID, Search Console site. These are identifiers, not credentials — they are useless without the access you separately grant.
Advertising performance data	Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, search terms, placements, audience and device breakdowns, campaign and ad-set settings — read from the accounts you connect.
Public website data	Your pages and your named competitors' public pages: speed, titles, structure, publicly listed prices.
Contact details	WhatsApp number and notes, if you choose to give them.
Session & security records	A hashed login token, sign-in timestamps and the IP address of a sign-in, so we can show you who accessed your account.

What we deliberately do not collect

Passwords. Not for Google, not for Meta, not for us. There is no password field in Zelrin.
Payment card details. Invoicing is handled outside the product.
Your customers' personal data. We read aggregate performance figures, not the identities of the people who saw or clicked your ads.

2. Advertising platform data

When you connect an advertising account, you do it inside that platform, using its own permission system:

Google Ads — you accept a manager-account link request inside your own Google Ads account.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — you add Zelrin as a partner in your own Meta Business Manager and grant View performance. Zelrin holds the ads_read permission only. It cannot create, edit, pause or delete an ad, and Meta itself enforces that limit — not merely our code.
Google Analytics and Search Console — read-only viewer invitations.

Platform data is used for one purpose: to produce the audit and dashboard for the business that owns that account. It is not resold, not shared with other clients, and not aggregated across advertisers to build separate products or benchmarks. You can remove our access from inside your own account at any time, and we will stop receiving data immediately.

3. Artificial intelligence

Zelrin uses Google's Gemini models for two things: drafting the buying questions used in the AI-visibility scan, and answering your questions in the in-product chat. When you use the chat, a compact summary of your own scan results is sent with your question so the answer is grounded in your real numbers. We do not send another client's data with your question, and we do not use your data to train models.

4. Where your data lives

Account records, sessions and sign-in events are held in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database dedicated to Zelrin. Scan results and generated reports are held on our own server. Both are access-controlled, and the database enforces row-level security so a key that could ever reach a browser reads nothing at all.

Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Google Cloud (Gemini AI and the advertising APIs), Meta Platforms (the advertising API), and Resend (transactional email).

5. How long we keep it

Account and onboarding details — while your account is open, and for up to 90 days after you close it.
Scan data and reports — kept as history so the dashboard can show change over time; deleted with your account.
Login sessions — expire automatically after 30 days, or immediately when you sign out.
One-time sign-in codes — stored hashed and expire within 10 minutes.

6. Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Write to jishan14.ja@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we will action it within 30 days.

To delete everything, see Data deletion. You do not need our permission to cut off access first — revoke it inside Google Ads or Meta Business Manager whenever you like.

7. Children

Zelrin is a business tool sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will email account holders rather than quietly change the date at the top of the page.
